  • 35 minutes – Half sessions, ideal for circuit training programs and split training and guided cardio training.
  • 55 minutes – Full sessions, best option to accommodate all training needs and goals.
  • 70 minutes – Extended sessions, better option for all training needs and goals, more time for coaching and stretching.
